A report is completed detailing findings and recommendations to ensure your system remains in the best possible condition.  

Lens Swap

Simax has developed a special lens crane and has the skills to remove and swap a lens at your site.  As lithography tool get older there is an increasing likeliness that lens will deteriorate and require service. Today we have the capability of swapping these lens and in the future will have the ability to provide some repair of the lens.
