		EDUARD HOEBERICHTS Chief Executive Officer 1996 – 2007: worked for ASML as Senior Vice President for ASML Special Applications Division Under Eduard's direction ASML became the market leader for lithography in reusable equipment and enabling the technology for a broad range of applications Founder and CEO of Simax Chairman of SEMI Secondary Equipment & Applications (SEA) Special Interest Group (2009 – today) HEAO-education in the Netherlands and holds an MA in Finance/Economics and MBA from Webster University Leiden
		WALT SULLIVAN Chief Operations Officer COO of Simax and the President of Simax US Corp. For 13 years served as an executive officer at Varian Semiconductors, heading up the customer service, manufacturing, supply chain and IT organizations Primary focus is to implement programs and infrastructure that will support Simax's growth plans while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction Earned BS in Business Management at Southern New Hampshire University and completed Louisiana State University’s Executive Management Program
		MARK BULSINK Chief Financial Officer 1988 – 1998: held several financial positions at Royal Philips NV 1998 – 2002: CFO of The Industree BV (subsidiary of Simac, Atlas Ventures and Crescendo Ventures) 2002 – 2008: worked for ASML as Business Controller of several business units. Co-founder and CFO of Simax
		GUS VAN DER FELTZ CEO Simax Capital 1998 – 2006: worked for ASML in a range of marketing and business development positions Played a key role in building up ASML's Special Applications and Installed Base Management and also worked on FPD and EUV lithography. 2006: became global Marketing Director at Philips Assembléon, a manufacturer of SMT Pick & Place equipment Gus is a Simax co-founder and is CEO of Simax Capital, investing in equipment and parts for Simax and partner companies. Holds a MSc in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology and a MBA from INSEAD
		CHENG GUI Director & President Simax Asia Pacific Co-founder of Simax 2008 – 2010: General Manager for Azores Corp Asia Operations 2006 – 2008: Program Manager at ASML Incubator and New Business Development Business Unit 1999 – 2006: Senior System Engineer, Technical Marketing Manager, Applications Research Manager at ASML Special Applications Business Unit Inventor of dozens of patents and patent applications and author of dozens of journal papers and conferences presentations Graduated from Tsinghua University Beijing China with BEng and MEng. PhD with cum laude from MESA, University Twente, the Netherlands
