More than 24 years of experience in semiconductor equipment customer support, with engineering, service management and training management positions at Gemini Research (now Lam research), AG Associates, Prometrics (Tencor), and ASML.
Jerry also has experience in system rebuilds, Technical Support, Equipment Performance Management and Key account support.
Throughout his career Jerry has worked closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and customers to create cost effective support solutions.

More than 25 years of experience in advanced photolithography, nanofabrication and process development, working at GCA, Millipore, Materials Research Corporation, Comdisco and most recently at ASML Special Applications.
Joe led ASML's sales effort into new applications and emerging markets such as Thin Film head, Photonics, Carbon Nanotubes and Bio/DNA chips.
His work often leads him to work closely with university and government researchers to identify and develop new devices and applications.

Worked in the semiconductor industry since 1986
Played a key role in several companies such as GCA and DuPont Photomasks in the sales and marketing, especially in photolithography area.
Majored in Semiconductor Engineering in Kyungbuk National University

Over the past 25 years, Keith Best has held a range of semiconductor processing and applications positions for both device manufacturing and capital equipment companies, of which 13 years were with ASML Special Applications.
Keith specializes in lithography system options and process integration for new application markets e.g. TFH, Compound Semiconductors, MEMS and Photonics.
Keith holds a B.Sc. Honours Degree in Materials Science from the University of Greenwich, UK.
He has numerous publications and holds 16 US patents in the areas of Photolithography and Process integration.

1993 – 1998: Photo lithography process engineer in Hynix
1998 – 2010: ASML application engineer and Hynix site manager
- Had roles for customer support for Samsung, Hynix and all Korea PAS installed customers
- Joined ASML SA group for development for T-gate in KANC since 2007
2011: Joined Simax KTS and founding teams

A seasoned semiconductor industry professional, Patrick spent 18 years at ASML in various roles, on the technical side, in management, and in Sales, where he was responsible for all of the back-office functions of Sales, including forecasting, backlog management, demand planning, factory allocation, and contracts management.
Patrick has a degree in engineering, and an MBA in Technology Management.

Thuy has more than 12 years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations and Business Operations.
- Over 10 years as an Executive Assistant, Sales & Marketing Support Manager in Global CyberSoft.
- 2 years as an Event Manager in Kingsmen Advertising Company.
She has proven records of leadership skills in managing and good business acumen in developing strategy and scheduling tasks to achieve objectives, strong relationship with many local and international companies, various press and media agencies.
May 2010 – Joined and found Simax Vietnam.
